The session recorder sits within the case. Users with the necessary case capability can record clinical data, while the system also considers the case, encounter, target and access conditions. The session route provides a focused place to record data, then return to the case.

The product includes behaviour targets, ABC entries and behaviour-event recording. These sit in the case’s clinical workspace rather than being described as a separate generic tracker.
Session notes and history
Session records and notes form part of the case record. Once recording is closed, changes follow an edit-request route, supporting a clearer history of the work.
